Forbes Five-Star
Condé Nast Gold List
Amandari was the first Aman resort in Bali, opened in 1989 on a ridge above the Ayung River in Ubud. The 30 suites are designed as a traditional Balinese village — a series of pavilions connected by stone pathways through tropical gardens. The pool, cantilevered over the rice terraces, is the most beautiful in Bali. The spa, with its traditional Balinese treatments, is the finest in Ubud. Amandari is for travellers who want Bali at its most authentic.
