Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab opened in 2024 on its own private peninsula adjacent to the iconic Burj Al Arab, designed in the shape of a superyacht. The 386 rooms and suites — all with sea views — are among the most spacious in Dubai, with a design language that references the maritime heritage of the Arabian Gulf. The hotel has 11 restaurants and bars, a 1.8-kilometre private beach, and a spa that is the largest in Dubai. The rooftop pool, with views of the Burj Al Arab and the Arabian Gulf, is the most spectacular in the city.
