Cheval Blanc Paris, owned by LVMH and designed by Peter Marino, opened in 2021 in the restored La Samaritaine department store on the banks of the Seine. The 72 rooms and suites are among the most extraordinary in Paris — each designed individually by Peter Marino with a palette of colour and craft that is unlike anything else in the city. The hotel's restaurant Plénitude holds three MICHELIN stars, making it one of only a handful of hotel restaurants in the world to achieve this distinction. The Cheval Blanc Spa, with its rooftop pool overlooking the Seine, is the finest in Paris.
